Questhelper

This is one of the popular addon to make questing a lot easier. What it actually does is gathering all the quests you acquire and compile them then determine the most efficient route you have to take. When you open the map you will find icons placed to places you should do your quests. When you hover your mouse over the icon, it will tell you what quest, how many kills you have done if the quest is in progress, it gives you also estimate time to reach that place from where you are.

Should you decide to do the quest other that suggested route, you just right click on the icon and set the priority to highest (Normal is the default) and Questhelper will re calculate the routes automatically. This addon has been updated to be compatible with the patch 2.4.
